J. P. Bolduc was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of W.R. Grace in 1993 after the retirement of J. Peter Grace. Mr. Bolduc joined Grace in 1983 as a senior vice president. In 1986 he was named chief financial officer, elected a vice chairman of the company, and was named president and chief operating officer in 1990. Listed in Fortune 500 as the 83rd largest company, W.R. Grace & Company is the world’s largest specialty chemicals company and is also a leading provider of health care services including the world’s largest provider of kidney dialysis services, Grace’s National Medical Care Unit. He is the Chief, Clinical Operations Support Office and the Senior Program Manager for the Clinical Communities and the Clinical Communities Advisory Council in the Clinical Support Division under Medical Affairs.

Prior to coming to the Defense Health Agency (DHA), CAPT Bolduc was at the Administration for Children & Families (ACF) at the Department of Health and Human Services, where he served as the Operations Chief in the Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response, and as the Program Operations Branch Chief for the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) Program and Community Services Block Grant Program at Office of Community Services. Prior to his assignments at ACF, CAPT Bolduc served as a Senior Monitor for the Mental Health Block Grant at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and an Operations Officer in the HHS Secretary’s Operation
