Roberto Agustín Miguel Santiago Samuel Trujillo Veracruz, better known as Robert Trujillo (born October 23, 1964, in Santa Monica, CA) is the bassist for the thrash metal band Metallica as of February 2003 for replacing previous bassist Jason Newsted (currently fronting his own band, Newsted). He is in Guitar Hero: Metallica because the current line-up is of who recorded the Death Magnetic album, and Trujillo played the bass tracks for that album, having joined after the recording sessions for St. Anger wrapped up. Before joining Metallica, he played with Suicidal Tendencies (1989-1995), and then with Ozzy Osbourne (1996-2003).

In Guitar Hero World Tour: Definitive Edition, Robert Trujillo is included in the base roster of the game, with his two alternate skins from the game (Retro and Zombie).
