Chocolat (banda)

E a outra é apenas sul-coreana: Min SoA.

There are three artists named Chocolat.
And three more called Chocolate.

1-Chocolat (ショコラ) is a J-Pop singer who is linked with the Shibuya-kei scene that flourished in Japan in the 90s. She was born in Tokyo on February 15th, 1978. Her real name is Masako, but she was given the nickname "Chocolat" in high school(inspired by the name of Princess Masako's dog), and decided to use it as her alias. She made her debut with the release "Chocolat a la mode" in 1997, and since that time she has released several albums and singles, collaborating on them with artists such as Rei Harakami, カジヒデキ, SUPERCAR, キリンジ, Neil & Iraiza, and Citrus. In 2005 she began recording albums with her husband Akito Katayose(of Great 3) under the name Chocolat & Akito.

2-Chocolat is a francophone psychedelic pop band from Montreal.

As the feral child of the Montreal indie music scene, Chocolat forgo pretension for passion, with their dirty, retro futuristic mix of psychedelicgarage and bluesy, folk-rock. Dylanesque crooning glides over frenzied riffs, serpentine basslines, gr

Disbanded

c. February 2017

Chocolat(쇼콜라) was a girl group formed by Paramount Music in 2011. They released their first digital single, "ChoColat First Single Album", on August 17, 2011 and held their debut stage on M Countdownon August 18.

In an April 2017 interview with Asian Junkie, Melanie confirmed the group disbanded after their contracts expired in February 2017.[1]

They were known as the first mixed race group to debut in South Korea.

Their name comes from the idea that each member is a different type of chocolate. They were originally going to be named "Chocolate" but another group debuted in 2010 with the same name.
