Jasper is one of Edward’s adoptive brothers and a vampire. He’s in a romantic relationship with Alice and, around humans, Jasper poses as Rosalie’s twin and Carlisle and Esme’s foster child. He’s blond, tall, and Bella describes him as “leonine.” Like Edward and Alice, Jasper has a special gift beyond what’s normal for a vampire: he can manipulate the emotions of people and vampires around him.
